On the Couch started two years ago when Tia and John were working together and realized a lack of easy to use therapy software. Most software for therapists is outdated and requires the therapists to take extra steps to do simple tasks--pulling you away from clients to focus on the business.
So we started to brainstorm, then to draw out screens, then we moved on to workflows, and over the course of a few years we laid out a new software that allows the therapist to practice the art of therapy and not worry about the business of therapy. As we developed our processes, we involved numerous practicing therapists in focus groups, and further refined our software to the point where therapists started to get excited to get their hands on it. We invite you to take it for a spin and see if it allows you to spend more time in the art of mental health and not the business of mental health
